Welcome to the open Trainings, every Thursday until 10th of september, from 8pm to 10pm at Terdelt.

For beginners

Discover Ultimate Frisbee and join our wonderful group of rabbits.

Over the course of a full year, you will learn the basics of our sport and our strategies, and you will progress alongside a mixed group of beginners.
Gradually, you will be offered training sessions in the Open category (open to all) and Women’s category (open to women only) to support you in your practice and ensure you don’t jump in at the deep end too quickly.

NB In order to ensure high-quality training, a good balance, and a family size for our club, registration for beginners is open every other year. That is, in September 2026, 2028, 2030, etc.
